This is the opening line to Ella Wheeler Wilcox poem named: Solitude
"Laugh, and the world laughs with you. Weep, and you weep alone."
I enjoy this quote from her poem. You can look at this quote two different ways. One, in a positve outgoing manner, telling you always keep your chin up. Or two, ' When the funs over your the only one left to clean up' Or what ever something like that. I understand this quote and I like alot. I relate to it.

I like that you found the origin of this quotation. It's familiar to us all, I think, and you're right that there is community to hilarity, but isolation to the clean up. How much fun is the debauchery of the party and how little fun is the next morning.
